    • AccorHotels reserves the right to cancel a claim which concern an unconsumed booking. The claims on bookings which have not been consumed yet will not be treated;
    • The member will have to wait at least 15 open days after the consumption of the booking before making a claim. All the claims done before these 15 days will not be treated and will be cancelled
    • In case of dispute, a proof of stay will be requested by AccorHotels

Good to know

  • Accorhotels cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.
